Rotterdam - On November 1, 2018, the CoolTower was officially declared the 'Most Striking Real Estate Project of Rotterdam' during the Rotterdam Real Estate Event. The other nominees on this evening were the future highest tower in the Netherlands; The Zalmhaven tower and real estate project Little C. People were able to nominate their champion, and those present at the Vastgoedborrel, all from the real estate sector, were allowed to crown one of the nominees as absolute winners of this special prize.
